Returns and refunds

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

You always have 14 days rights of return, if you have regrets about your purchase or is not satisfied with the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Items must have the original tags and packaging. Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.

Rights of return expires 14 days after you have received your package. Not picking up the package or denying delivery is not a valid reason, you have inform us by email: hello@bongusta.dk.

You must return your order with out any further delay with in 14 days after you’ve informed us about your wish to return the goods. You are fully responsible for both delivery expenses and safe conditions of the item when shipped back to us.

International orders may be returned to the address below using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as BONGUSTA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

When we receive back the goods and the items are all approved we’ll return the order amount to your account. We will refund the amount to the account originally used for the purchase. We can hold back the refund until we have received the goods. In order to receive the full amount of money back the goods returned must be in a condition so they can be sold as new. You are welcome to try the goods in a way you would in our store, but it is up to us to consider if the goods has been used for more than that. In that case you will receive a smaller amount of money in return or nothing at all considering the statement of the goods

Please note that the original shipping amount is non refundable. Returning of goods is at your own cost and risk.

 

COMPLAINTS

BONGUSTA APS is doing business in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

You can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear and tear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In connection with complaints, defects and faults contact us at hello@bongusta.dk within reasonable time from noticing the flaw. Remember, in detail, to describe the fault and attach a picture of it in the e-mail.
